By accessing or using any application in the Priority Guard suite ("Clarity," "Focused," "Done," or any future applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Priority Guard provides productivity applications that operate as ChatGPT extensions. Our apps help you organize thoughts, manage priorities, and improve focus. The services are provided through OpenAI's ChatGPT platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, consistent with ChatGPT's age requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes

• Not attempt to circumvent any security features

• Not use automated systems to access our services in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

• Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

The Priority Guard name, logos, and application code are owned by us. Content you create using our apps (such as your boards, thoughts, and priorities) remains yours. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The services will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Any errors will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priority Guard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the past 12 months.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or our services.

11. Third-Party Services

Our applications operate within OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's terms of service. We are not responsible for OpenAI's platform, policies, or any changes they may make.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
